Milam & Fanning, PLLC

I experienced 2 court sessions in front of a judge with Milam & Fanning and I still cant see my son to this day, and I've had them for a year now! They'll promote language like "Open Schedule" knowing there's conflict in the case, just so you'll have to came back & pay them to fight again in court, because the "custodial" parent wants to abuse the open schedule. I requested a simple mediation over legitimate parental alienation for a fixed schedule, then they tell me we HAVE TO BACK for a 3rd session in front of a judge to finish the divorce papers and get a fixed schedule... apparently meditations are not an option through these people... AND still haven't gotten the divorce papers finalized either after they said the 2nd session they would include divorce finalization... Ohh and if you work with Milam & Fanning & decide to critique their work to others on Facebook, they'll withdraw themselves from your case. They care NOTHING for you but your money. I have plenty of emails and photo evidence of how they treated me during their processes... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY DO NOT CALL OUT PERJURY. THEY DO NOT CALL OUT PERJURY.
