Been using this firm since 2015 for all my business needs especially as a franchisor. Solid advice, solid work and great client service!

He helped me, my friend, and my brother in law form businesses. His rates are fair. His people are polite. If there's ever an issue, you get to speak with a person that can actually help you. I'm only leaving this review because I looked his website up to recommend him to another friend. And if you like candy, he's got a drawer full haha.

was a loyal client for nearly 10 years, spending around $5–10K annually. When Brett was directly involved, service was solid. But once work was delegated to others, it declined fast—poor follow-through, repeated delays, and fees added without clear explanation. Despite using the firm for business purchases, I often felt unprotected. Communication became a serious issue. I was even referred to a litigating attorney who lacked basic communication skills and didn’t act in my best interest. When I raised concerns, my message was simply forwarded to that attorney with no effort to resolve the issue. It felt like they were protecting themselves—not representing me. The final straw was finding out I’d been dropped as a client without any notice. They were holding an escrow check and only returned it with my files after multiple emails and calls. No explanation—just silence until I pressed for answers. Yes, I stood up for myself and expected accountability. That may not have been convenient for them. But at these rates, professionalism should be non-negotiable. I’m relieved to move on and find a firm that values transparency and client care.

Brett is awesome, his legal knowledge is top notch. His speed in business and life are unmatched. Caring and attentive service. Responsive communication.

Competent, Ethical, Responsive

Tricia (lawyer) and Kristy (paralegal) are the best team when it comes to preparing your liquor license application to the SLA. They are diligent and can anticipate everything based on your unique situation. Would recommend them to anyone!

There is not many places where you can receive as amazing service as this lawfirm offers. They truly have been of service to me and my business over the last 4 years. Mr. Dawson and his team has made everything simple and easy every step of the way for me. I also really like how responsive they are to questions and concerns. I feel that they truly care about their clients. I highly reccomend working with their team.
