Do not use Mr. DeGaetano for your closing. Before the closing I was able to call and get him anytime, after the closing he is no where to be found. He is yet to respomd to my voice mails or emails. I had a list of issues with my house and I was forced to hire a another lawyer to resolve them. Mr. DeGaetano over charged me by $500 and promised he would help me after the closing or return the monies. He has not helped me nor has he return the money.
