I highly recommend De La Garza Law Firm. They were beyond professional, patient, and hardworking in regards to my complicated case. I am eternally grateful for their help, support, and kindness afforded to my family and me.
Mr. De La Garza personally handled my case and had the utmost professionalism. He was very thourough and paid attention to every detail, making me feel confident with the legal process as I have very little to no experience with lawyers, especially when it came to my father's wrongful cremation. He took the time to answer questions and didnt make me feel rushed during the settlement. He was also very organized with the vast amount of information and documentation required throughout the whole situation. I would highly recommend Mr. De La Garza as he is the kind of lawyer to give lawyers a good name.

For a case that has only a 2 year span to be brought ip before a court, he wasted 8 months of my case! To tell me to find another attourney. Very unprofessional facts of the case did not change in 8 months other than the pain i am in!!

The first phase of any personal injury case involves treatments. The second phase, when a case is not settled, involves the filing of a lawsuit. <br><br>Before filing a lawsuit, we carefully re-analyze all of the facts of a case, including what has been gathered from the insurance company, the narrative, in addition to medical records, to make a final informed decision.
