Excellent customer service from all staff. They helped schedule medical appointments, set up treatments, therapies, prescriptions at no cost upfront. As the first time needing an accident/injury attorney, I just wanted help paying for medical expenses, but they were able to reach a settlement with the insurance company. With their help I was able to pay down the credit card I used for vehicle repair expenses and a few follow up therapy treatments. Highly recommend Mr. Patino and his team, thank you so much for navigating a time consuming and stressful situation seamlessly!
