If I could give this man 0 stars I would!! I was in the process of buying a house in new Britain and he was the SELLERS attorney, not even my attorney. The lack of professionalism was DISGUSTING. Not only did this man lie on behalf of the sellers but also completely ignored my attorney for weeks at a time. He made the transaction absolute hell. We were supposed to close in April and himself and the sellers dragged it on for four months. I lost nearly over $3,000 in the process of waiting. He went as far as lying to my atty telling him that the sellers have been ready to close for months but yet whenever we tried to close there was some BS excuse that they had to extend the closing for a few more weeks. Attorney De Paolo is the exact reason why we finally gave up and terminated the transaction. He should not be a lawyer he has no clue how to handle a real estate transaction.
