Waited over 10 days to speak to Dean M Gettis. Finally got a call from him today, he basically told me he could not do anything because the person at fault's insurance, was difficult to deal with. He also told me I would have better luck talking to the insurance adjuster myself. I did not even get a chance to ask any questions, not even a face to face meeting with the lawyer or one piece of legal advice. I thought I hired a lawyer to fight for me and my rights. Wasted my time now I'm back at square one.

Dean and his staff (Melissa & Caroline) are the best! I personally spoke to Dean several times throughout my case which I never dealt with a lawyer directly until it was time to pay and that says a lot about him.
