Waited over 10 days to speak to Dean M Gettis. Finally got a call from him today, he basically told me he could not do anything because the person at fault's insurance, was difficult to deal with. He also told me I would have better luck talking to the insurance adjuster myself. I did not even get a chance to ask any questions, not even a face to face meeting with the lawyer or one piece of legal advice. I thought I hired a lawyer to fight for me and my rights. Wasted my time now I'm back at square one.

Dean and his staff (Melissa & Caroline) are the best! I personally spoke to Dean several times throughout my case which I never dealt with a lawyer directly until it was time to pay and that says a lot about him. He is directly involved with his clients and cases and his staff is very good at communicating what needs to be done and don’t mind explaining if you don’t understand.
