I called and left a message and no one has contacted me about my case in 5 months and my case is almost about to hit the one year mark! I was told they’ll give me an update in February but nothing I guess they gave me another case manager it use to be pavi and he was really good but they switched me to some dude named Danny without telling me I called and left a voicemail and no response yet! I’m starting to regret giving these guys my case
