First off Deldar is hands down a Great company, before calling on Deldar to take my accident and injury case, I was turned down by many lawyers. If your case doesn't look significant alot people won't touch it, but I was hurt and needed help. Deldar stepped in and fought for me and won. My volkswagon was fixed and I walked a way happy 😊 God is Good 👍 Choose Deldar.

I was in a car accident last year and sought the help of Deldar Legal. All my supporting documents were reviewed and I remained under their representation while my injuries resolved. My injuries did not need a long time to recover and I was quickly contacted by my case manager. In the same breath, she told me I would no longer be represented because they could not argue for a large enough demand because my recovery time was “too short,” but that I still have a case and could reach out to them if I have any further questions moving forward..???
I was absolutely floored, as this occurred during one of the most stressful phases in my life. I agreed to pay Deldar’s higher than average fees so that I would have the peace of mind while I focused on other things. This was blatant abandonment, as I turned out not to be a cash grab. Their website boasts of large settlement sums but they have no regard for small cases like mine. After reading another 1 star review here it seems their short lived case has been handled poorly as well.
Afterwards I went with a very reputable Bay Area firm, who treated me differently. I paid their cheaper fees and was able to close my case, giving me the relieve I needed. Deldar left me out to dry for making a full recovery and will not receive any recommendations of mine.
