Never actually had her as my lawyer but called her multiple times and she gave me some good advice on how to handle my situation. If I ever needed a lawyer and I hope I never do I would definitely use her.

explained the situation, she looked into it, she personally gave an upfront $ amount with a payment plan for the rest. A month later, Same case, nothing has changed, now wants $10,000 MORE upfront. Sick.

It’s possible there has been a mix-up with another firm.<br><br>For those reading, fees are based on many factors, including how far along a case is, what it’s set for (such as trial), the amount of preparation required, and the urgency of the request. Fee quotes are valid for a limited time, as circumstances in a case can change. Stepping into a case late, especially on the eve of trial, requires significant resources and naturally increases the cost.<br><br>Transparency about fees is always our priority.

When you need an attorney, where do you turn? I used the Florida Bar website and they referred Andrea DeMichael to us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results she provided.
Andrea provided the legal guidance during a difficult time. Most importantly, she provided results and not just a lot of busy effort. I don’t confuse the two.
She kept us informed and also has a good portal to use.
I hope we don’t need her services again, but if we do we will definitely be calling Andrea DeMichael.

Worst mistake ever made was hiring Andrea.
She did not fulfill our contract and kept money she did not earn. Worst then a contractor who would be in jail for what she did. Bar complaints will follow this review. She stole over 5 thousand dollars!
Her depositions were horrible, and her courtroom knowledge was lacking. Because of her lack of filing motions my brother had to sit an extra 10 days to wait for a bond hearing. She just wants easy money, and when she realizes you are smarter then her she will stop talking to you.
Worst lawyer ever even the polk county public defenders office got a better outcome.
We lost a dog and 20k in dirt bikes due to her refusal to honor her contract!
