I left a review before. Now I see, it has disappeared. How did they do it, no idea. They are below average firm. Do not look at Dennis Hernandez’s name on the firm. Forget about him, you will be lucky if you will be talking to your attorney. You have to call the main office to talk to the office where your lawyer is. Usually it’s the case manager who will talk. No phone number, no email address to talk straight to your lawyer. I got a lawyer in Orlando whom I never saw. She dragged me almost one and half year and kept sending me to place where they were treating me for brain injury where the neurologist told me I do not have brain injury. She was forcing me to get surgery. Finally they changed my lawyer. I have this habit to check every one on Google. Well, guess what!!!! He was arrested a couple of years ago. I asked him I have severe injuries and how ambitious is he about my case. His answer was money doesn’t fell from sky. I hope I do not need to tell you more. I am saving a copy of this review and if they somehow try to delete it, I will drag them.

Absolute worst attorney's office I have ever encountered in my life! I have been hung up on by the receptionist Anna and then later by The attorney they assigned me Jennifer L. Pilloud. I have been in contact with Jennifer maybe 3 times throughout the entire course of my case.... When confronted about her lack of communication she lies and then hangs up on me stating I'm talking over her.. keep in mind she gets a portion of the settlement that she decided to settle on her own accord and then later telling me after the fact with the reasoning of "I should be lucky that she was able to get anything." 🤣 You do not want attorneys like this working for you because their actions show quite the contrary it's more so what's in it for them and their ego... She's a modern day Karen with a bar license and I intend on filing a complaint with the FL bar for her unprofessionalism If that's even a valid complaint these days. The one person that was able to be logical rational and apologetic was Cindy in the settlements department who literally outlined the entire process for me and answered all my questions without any type of emotions or ego involved and I applaud her for this.

I had an accident and it was my fault, they are great, they helped me a lot, great professionalism!!! They were very fast, and they only charge you if they win your case, seek your rights, because insurance companies do not want to help you, thank you DENNIS HERNÁNDEZ.
