Please read edited section at end of review addressing Attorney's unethical behavior and toothless threats made to his own clients in order to manipulate them. This review is 100 percent truthful and accurate, and despite the attorney's effirts here to appear as if he is "suing for defamation," the SUBSTANTIAL TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE TO BOTH DEGAMATION AND LIBEL CLAIMS. This attorney failed to file multiple, 4 or more, lawsuits by the statute of limitations due to negligence costing me in his own words at least 40 to 60k each. Some more, with other factors added in, were over six figures likely. Further, I discovered HE HAS NO INSURANCE AND HAS TOLD NONE OF HIS CLIENTS AS REQUIRED BY THE BAR. Please if you have used this attorney or are a client you can reach out to me for help. IF THIS ATTORNEY WORKED WITH YOU WITH NO INSURANCE AND DID NOT TELL YOU IT IS A VIOLATION, UNETHICAL, AND IT VOIDED YOUR FEE SCHEDULE WITH HIM. He had NO RIGHT TO ANY PERCENTAGE OF YOUR MONEY. He is STILL WORKING WITH NO INSURANCE. He also FAILED TO FOLLOW MY WISHES and made two depositions, that HURT US, tanked one case, and is trying to charge me for them, with additional fees just added as punitive measures to try to force me from not pursuing my claim with the bar. Worst of all, on another case he failed to keep contact, return contact urging him to follow up on a settlement meeting where he gave bad advice based on his lack of knowledge for my case, but then DID NOT ANSWER A MOTION FROM OPPOSING COUNCIL AND MY CASE WAS DISMISSED DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE. Worse he never notified me at all, and then appealed the dismissal without telling me, lost again, and tried to hide this from me and never intended to tell me. This attorney exhibited sociopathic behavior based on lack of concern for all clients as they can not recover their losses after his bad acts due to not having insurance, and did not tell them. Any business partner, financial institutions or banks, attorneys working with him, all are at risk do to his behavior. Again, as during the case when I discovered Mr. Fok had been careless, missed multiple deadlines and filing dates, and due to his errors my case was dismissed as well as an appeal he failed to notify me of - attorneys are required by law and ethics to notify you of substantial issues arising in your case and opposition filings, case dismissal and filing of appeals are certainly paramount in that class - this attorney has taken to threats to his own client to attempt to hide his shortcomings and misdeeds. Mr. Fok is free to file any claim he wishes, but the court files alone show that the case was dismissed due to his errors, and he has admitted this in writing not only to myself but the California Bar - where the CRU currently has this case.

First off, this is not "Mr. Wilt" as you refer me to. Seconly, this is no where near a "new" account. Attorney Fok continues to threaten and intimidate. As far as ANY person posting ANY negative review of you it is perfectly legal and appropriate one is aware of your transgressions and can provide a valid example of them. Period. The truth is a valid defence. Pethaps YOU should not have folks post false "5 star" reviews or give people "incentives" to do so. That said, bless your heart. I too have personal knowledge of Attorney Fok not informing his clients that he did not have insurance. This is a serious violation of the bar statutes. Attorney Fok has indeed on multiple occasions not met deadlines or responded to the court costing his clients money and resulting in their cases being thrown out. He also has overcharged clients and threatens his clients should they seek to report him. What I have read here is very factual.

Attorney has a history of missing deadlines with the court that causes case dismissal due to his error. Communication with this attorney is awful. I see that Mr. FOK has threatened me. This review is 100 percent truthful. I am sure any of the people leaving similar reviews can validate that indeed Mr. Fok has done just this, missed deadlines, statutes of limitations, and failed to respond to opposing parties causing cases to be dismissed. These actions are also documented on other websites. Mr. Fok also has abused his power by threatening his own clients with "legal action" should they report him, which is both unethical and illegal. This can be proved as well. These threats are meaningless as all I have to do is provide ONE example of this. And that, is easy. Stop threatening people and instead do right by your clients.
