I left a message on a Sunday morning and received a call back within an hour. I honestly didn't expect anything until Mon afternoon or Tues. Pamela followed up regularly and she was both gracious and considerate re a slip and fall of an elderly patient in a nursing home. She was attentive, empathetic, respectful, and professional. Excellent.

Do not go to Franchised lawyers. They care about their pocket not your claim. They settle for peanuts to get more cases moving. It's all about quantity not quality. When you see personal injury lawyers paying cost for commercials on TV and Radio plus bill board. RUN as fast as you can. You're better be going to small firms who provide legal service not business.

Being in a car accident is never fun. In fact, since that day, it has been the 3 worst years of my life. Having said that, I knew I could go to my lawyer, Steven Wilder, at any time to get much needed advice on basically any topic, even at a personal level. Mr. Wilder (and staff) was always available, returned calls promptly, kept me updated and abreast of all progress (or lack thereof) and I learned to trust him like I would a friend. He made these last 3 years easier to wade through and regardless of the settlement, he did many, many things to help me with my disabilities and always ensured I was receiving the best treatment I could. I would recommend Mr. Wilder and his competent staff to anybody in need of a great lawyer. Thank you Mr. Wilder and Lara Sauve-Craig! You were invaluable to me in my greatest time of need!
