Spoke with the office today regarding the contesting of a fraudulent will.I was told by a paralegal that they would not take the case because the estate wasn't worth enough;$400,000.+The going contingency rate is 25% but I was willing to offer 49%.That's $90,000 for the law firm based on my claim of 50% of the estate.
