STAY AWAY. I used Seth for my speeding ticket in a car, paid the retainer and he told me I have a “protected agreement” for my record with the prosecutor. And that all he had to do was to work on fines. After the court date I receive no email or any notice of what happened. Frustrated I emailed him, called and no response until 7 days after the court date. He finally responds with a notice of me having to pay a fine, no summary of what happened. He likes to act like he’s working hard for you until the court date comes around. Now I am stuck with a speeding ticket on my record that he promised he was going to protect since I have a CDL. To make matters worse I had to call the court to find out he put me as guilty when he said your plea is “not guilty”. If you’re looking for a good attorney he ain’t the one.

Used Seth Bowman to get me out of a ticket as a CDL driver. Basically gave him 350 dollars to do nothing. After my court date I tried to contact him to use his services again and he totally ignored me. I got Cody on the phone a few times and told him to have Seth call me back and he never did. Totally unprofessional. Ignored me at every turn afterwards. Emails, calls, no response. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone, nor use them again.

Promt on your situation and has great availability. I have had other lawyers and never been able to talk to them directly. If you call Seth Bowman he will get back with you personally and that is very important when you are wondering what to do next. Great advice and I would recommend him to anyone in need.
