How is it possible that there's no way to contact anyone at that office?
I paid them $10,000 in less than a year to follow up on an immigration case. And the form is still pending. My recommendation is to find someone who is actually interested in your case and not just in the money, because they're quick to collect payment month after month, but when it comes to prioritizing the client's petitions, they drag their feet. I recently sent an email and called so they can't say I'm the one not answering, but the bad review is still here. I hope that people who are dealing with this woman can resolve their cases because in my case, it didn't work out. I'm still waiting after three years to see when they'll finally respond. At least they should feel a little shame.
Terrible service in every way. My mom paid them over $10,000 and in the end they didn't resolve anything at all, and on top of that, they kept charging her $100 a month until they finally abandoned her case 🤬
Do not waste your time or money on Immigration Law at this firm. They will take your money and not give an ounce of effort to work your case. Have you pay more than once for the same services, not update your case to purposely extend it - generating more revenue for them. You won’t be given the decent courtesy of communication from the paralegal much less the attorney directly. Taking advantage of people wanting to do things the right way. This place should be investigated.
I do not recommend them. I spent many years with them on an immigration case, and they never gave me an answer because the person supposedly handling my case was never available. Every time I tried to contact them, they were on vacation or at meetings. In 10 years, I never met the person who was supposedly handling my case. It was a very bad experience, and I'm still waiting for them to call me back.
I had a disappointing experience working with Attorney Diaz. At her request, I spent time securing terms for her professional liability insurance. Unfortunately, she was often unresponsive, which made it difficult to move forward. She scheduled a conference call with me but did not attend, provide notice or reschedule. Due to the time I spent on numerous calls with Gina, negotiating terms with numerous companies, sending proposals, I issued an invoice, very reasonable amount considering the number of hours I worked, which remains unpaid. I believe that professionals should respect each other's time and commitments, and in this case, that standard was not met.
🤣 this company is a true joke. My landlord used this company to try and extort and harass me. Now I’m in the process of suing my landlord because of them!!
I wouldn't give them zero stars. Terrible service. We paid over $5,000 for work permits and they never gave them to us. They just wanted us to pay more money. Don't go and lose your money; they know nothing about immigration. I had to pay elsewhere where they only charged me $200 per work permit, and the whole process only took a month. The lawyers and Gina Diaz submitted my immigration application late after I had already paid them $3,000 upfront. It's a complete scam. I have proof of emails and everything I paid. They advertise everywhere—on the radio, in newspapers—but their whole process is a lie. Don't be fooled. 🙏 At first, they're very friendly, but after they get the money, they just give empty promises. We never met the "lawyer" Gina Diaz or the person who represented us.
Working with Diaz Case Law was truly a blessing. I had been trying to resolve a situation on my own for four months, and it felt like I was getting nowhere. On top of that, I had bad luck with real estate attorneys in the past, which made me hesitant to trust the process again. But then Mrs. Diaz stepped in – and she knocked it out in a single day. I was honestly blown away by how quickly and efficiently she handled everything.
I can confidently say I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish my real estate goals as seamlessly without her and her incredible team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and ability to get things done exceeded all my expectations.
Mrs. Diaz didn’t just treat me like a client – she treated me like family, making sure I felt supported and informed throughout the process. Her dedication and care turned what felt like an overwhelming roadblock into a smooth and successful outcome.
I am overly grateful for everything Diaz Case Law has done for me, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you need someone who will go the extra mile and deliver results, look no further.
Thank you so much to Karen and staff for their patience and support through my real esate closing. They know all the ins and outs of different types of transactions. I can always trust them with helping me get these deals done.
