Do not hire this attorney if your family member is detained. They promote a lot of uscis and passport cases, which is good....I'm sure they are excellent, but do not hire them if your family member is detained by ICE. The reason I say this is because a good attorney will go consult with the detained person (at the detention center) to see what is the BEST form of relief for them and push for that. An attorney is not supposed to go based on the intake form he conducted with the client 4 years ago. It blows my mind how an attorney can not even talk to the client about what she wants to fight or her options when detained, just talk to the family members and let them decide.
