After explaining my situation they worked hard in getting my case filed and closed. I appreciate them being patient with me for there were times I was not very patient with staff members.

This is the worst law firm I've ever encountered. They practically abandoned me on my own with my case, wasting my time and my car. I was never able to speak with the lawyers assigned to my case; they kept changing them and never even acknowledged me. The paralegals were completely clueless and never lifted a finger. Several times they had to call their supervisors to get them to contact me. I absolutely do not recommend them. Because of Mr. Sergio, my car was abandoned and auctioned off. They never met with me; they only made calls, and only because I insisted. I'm completely disappointed. I don't know if it was the lawyers assigned to my case, but from day one I told them about my concerns regarding the car at the lot. Mr. Marc, Mr. Sergio, and two other women never did a thing. They didn't help me with the bank, they didn't help me with my insurance, they never guided me on how to proceed, and they never answered messages or calls. The service was terrible. They should be ashamed of putting someone through all of this. Because of them, I'm in even worse trouble now due to their lack of knowledge and communication. If they hadn't done that kind of thing... They should have told me about the job from day one, not deceived me and made me waste more than three months for nothing. The owners of that company should look at who they hire. There are no words to explain what I feel right now; it's the worst of the worst.

Angela really helped alot w the intake forms. Originally contacted them on a Friday evening. Haven't gone further into the process yet but I feel confident that the firm is very good at what they do.
