I had a very disappointing experience with Dolan Law. I spent almost two months communicating with the firm about employment matter, uploading documents, providing nearly twenty pages of information, and completing all questionnaires. Despite this, my case manager, Karla Soto, repeatedly sent me the same questions because she never reviewed my emails or the documents I submitted. She didn’t respond for weeks, then contacted me again asking questions that were already answered in my files. It was clear she had not communicated anything to the attorney or properly managed the case.
After all this delay, I suddenly received an email saying the firm “does not have time” to take my case just two days after she requested more information. This level of disorganization and lack of responsibility is unacceptable for a time-sensitive legal matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

Spoke personally with Mr. Dolan... He picked up first call I made to him, and was ready to give me the time needed to answer the questions I had. The peace of mind I received speaking with him is invaluable, a blessing indeed. Recently I was in an accident and was feeling overwhelmed with insurance claims, with fixing my car, and medical claims, that I knew I needed help. Mr. Dolan was the first person who came to mind, and I highly recommend turning to him for his legal expertise. Thanks for kindly giving of your time, Mr. Dolan, really appreciate the help!

Asked me to provide video footage of what happened. Was too large to send by email. I asked them for Dropbox, they said they’d get back to me. Then they sat on it for a week and denied it. I had forgotten about them and found a different attorney. But still. Low quality efforts from their office.
