Donna was great from the start. I actually had originally chosen a different attorney who turned out to be very uncommunicative. In a process like this, it’s already overwhelming and emotions are high. Having someone be a reliable communicator was important to me. Donna was always on top of this and was open to talking via phone, text, and email. She worked with me over Christmas to get things done. She also worked tirelessly to push my former employer when they ignored messages, timelines, and issued my settlement late. Their communication throughout the process was almost non-existent, but Donna always followed up and made things happen.
