I would not recommend using the services of Douglas & Douglas. My attorney, Worth Ellis, failed to turn in the proper paperwork for my age discrimination case. His wife had a new baby and he took time off. He failed to get another attorney to handle my case. He failed to notify me so that I would have the option to find another attorney if he did not want to handle the case properly. Now he claims it is past the deadline to submit the paperwork. I trusted that he was doing his job but that was not the case. Do not use this attorney or this law firm!

UNFORTUNATELY, I was rear-ended by a drunk driver on Christmas Day 2022. FORTUNATELY, I had a friend who referred me to Douglas and Douglas Law Firm. My case took a lot of time to wrap up but thankfully Seth and his team didn't give up. There were several times I needed a lot of compassion and patience during the process because I was dealing with a concussion, memory issues, lots of stress, lots and lots of pain and although i used to be very organized and reliable the wreck change me ... Now I have what I refer to as "Great Intensions But Lousy Follow-Through". Nevertheless, Seth and Mary Clair remained friendly and calm as they nudged through the process. I'm fairly sure there were times when the team wanted to toss me in FILE 13 but instead listened to me cry. UPDATE: YAY! I used the services of Douglas & Douglas with attorney Worth Ellis over a year ago. I gave them a discrimination complaint against the Naval Base in Kings Bay GA. I provided the information that had already been investigated pretty much gift wrapped. I felt like the Navy Base paid off this law firm to look the other way and not prosecute them. The attorney had a lot of things going on, a new baby and a lot of time off. If Worth was not going to properly litigate my case, he should have passed it on to another attorney. His name is Worth Ellis, it should have been Worth"less". It was embarrassing and a waste of time to go to this law firm.
