I would not recommend using the services of Douglas & Douglas. My attorney, Worth Ellis, failed to turn in the proper paperwork for my age discrimination case. His wife had a new baby and he took time off. He failed to get another attorney to handle my case. He failed to notify me so that I would have the option to find another attorney if he did not want to handle the case properly. Now he claims it is past the deadline to submit the paperwork. I trusted that he was doing his job but that was not the case. Do not use this attorney or this law firm!

UNFORTUNATELY, I was rear-ended by a drunk driver on Christmas Day 2022. FORTUNATELY, I had a friend who referred me to Douglas and Douglas Law Firm. I used the services of Douglas & Douglas with attorney Worth Ellis over a year ago. I gave them a discrimination complaint against the Naval Base in Kings Bay GA. I provided the information that had already been investigated pretty much gift wrapped. I felt like the Navy Base paid off this law firm to look the other way and not prosecute them. The attorney had a lot of things going on, a new baby and a lot of time off. If Worth was not going to properly litigate my case, he should have passed it on to another attorney. His name is Worth Ellis, it should have been Worth"less". It was embarrassing and a waste of time to go to this law firm.
