Spent over 20 minutes on hold to reach anyone to assist on an urgent (Same day hearing) issue. Was transferred back and forth to outsourced answering lines, each time re-asking the same questions. rates 0 on customer service

I received excellent care and had a very positive experience overall. All of the staff were professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. If I had to give one critique, it would be regarding returning phone calls and answering the phones in a more timely manner. Careful they will take over 90% of the claim. I was told 40%. I don't see how filing fees can be more than the attorney fees.
