I was extremely happy with the fast and professional work down on my claim especially from the attorney Ms. Hadlow and Ms. Danette C., the case manager and the phone messengers who asked for detailed info to pass it on to the appropriate offices. A few days earlier, I sent a detailed feedback which I hope you have received it. After I finished my feed back, I meant to sign it as AL B., but the software interpreted as Al BEE.

1 star is displayed only because no stars is not an option. I won't bore you with details because trust me, a small book could be written about these characters. I've never had to resort to a lawyer / firm until DTLA. They alone are the exclusive reason why I strive to never repeat. From Nelsson who answers phones, to the lawyer Igor, Scott (?), etc. & back again, UNBELIEVABLE! In an era where so many technological leaps & bounds have come to be like the telephone, electrical mail & such. These bozos clearly were in the bathroom with the lights off at that time. Updates, communication with the client - non existent. I'm aware that everyone is busy but having to hound people constantly is unnecessary. I'm not exaggerating either. I'm talking 4, 5 days a week at times. Ive heard of rotating door staff but this places rotating door must be up in space from the turn around rate. Within the 4 years, 2 months & 18 days it took to get check in hand, I must have talked to at least 5-7 caseworkers & 3 lawyers. Then there was the check: 28.57%, is what I received of the "settlement". How much did DTLA get you might ask? 40% of it, PLUS, $600 in fees. True Story I won't deny, there were 2 individuals, Evelyn & Jacqueline (Shout out) that did there job professionally but like Porky the pig said:"Thats all folks!" So... IF you are in need of council & don't want to go to hell & back for bubble gum change, DO NOT HIRE DTLA! I wouldn't wish this experience on my enemies. Also, I was offered a gift card by them to post a review but the universe tells me thats something I wont be receiving 😱😉

DTLA helped me with my personal injury case. They kept me updated every step of the way. They made sure I had all the medical attention and therapy I needed. I am going to be 100%honest about this law firm . When I first got here thought they were shady as heck and I couldn’t stand my lawyer Igor .I had to stay on top of the team to make sure my case was being handled correctly because time was of the essence. Well my case took over 3 yrs for a settlement because of AAA insurance they are the worst insurance company in this country. Anyways I finally got to settlement talk and let me just say my case was not cut and dry . I was accused of being in the wrong but the other driver was not insured nor had a valid DL. I got a 6figure settlement with them and Igor actually is a good lawyer . I want to talk about the owner Farid ….God bless him and his family he took care of me and personally made sure over the yrs I was taken care of . I would like dog them out but I can’t . They did a damn good job with my case.

The people who work for this law firm treat you as if theyre doing you favors instead of being employed by you. The utter disrespect that they show their clients when they don't text you, call you or email you back for 3 weeks is so embarrassing. Also some of these reviews praising them like miracle workers, seem sketchy. If you go on the DTLA law group BBB website. Youll see they have a 1 star rating. 49 complaints in the last 3 years. These people are frauds.
