Well, I'm not one to share experiences, but I do have to tell you about my bad experience. I heard the lawyer on the radio and he advertised himself as a criminal immigration lawyer. When I called to make an appointment, I asked if the lawyer was a criminal and immigration lawyer, which they told me beforehand was the case. I want to say that I have two mistiminors cases that affect my immigration process, which is why I wanted to consult with Attorney Duarte to see if he could help me clear my record so I could proceed with my case. Since I brought my criminal records from the county and the FBI. which are the same thing just 2 different agencies they told me they would charge me 600 for each record to which I replied that I was not looking into paying double because they were the same cases just different agencies well then when I clarified that I only wanted one of the records they told me that they had made a mistake and that the price for one was $800 which I accepted because I believed that they were really going to help me because then he asked me for more court records which I spent another 150 and yesterday April 1, 2025 I have my appointment and he tells me what I already knew that I had to clean those 2 cases or one but that he couldn't do it and I asked him but are you a criminal lawyer no to which he replied that yes but that he didn't like working in that that his specialty is immigration so here I am after a month I spent $950 dollars for him to tell me something that I already knew and my question is then why do you advertise yourself as a criminal immigration lawyer I only share it with you so that Don't let the same thing happen to you. I want to clarify that he did recommend another lawyer to me, but that lawyer is retired from me and the truth is I feel sad because I feel as if I just threw my money away. I'm not satisfied with the result and I wouldn't go back there. Honestly, I repeat, I'm not a person who gives reviews, but I think this time it's worth it. Well, thank you and good luck to everyone.
