Going through a legal situation can be really overwhelming, but Duke Law Firm made the whole process feel so much more manageable. Bella and Vickie were amazing to work with. They were always helpful, quick to respond, and really supportive during a stressful time. They explained things clearly, kept me updated, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. That kind of reassurance goes a long way when you’re dealing with something that feels heavy. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Duke Law Firm to anyone who wants a team that’s professional but also genuinely caring.

My experience with this law firm was completely awful. They didn’t like that I wouldn’t accept the offer (that was way below ny state guidelines) they sent me an email saying to find another law firm. In my opinion they appear like they want to help you but once they get your money they become very unprofessional. It is my recommendation to choose anywhere but but here. Susan, I see your response. Your recommendation was below New York State guidelines. That’s not in my best interest.

June, when we must part with clients it is for many reasons. It is in the firm’s best interest always to not settle a case because that is how we make the most money. Therefore, when we recommend a resolution to a client, it is always because it is in their best interests and not ours. We want to advocate for clients who need our assistance and want honest, effective representation. When a client does not show trust in our recommendations which are designed to get you the best result in with the least litigation costs involved, and instead wish to litigate losing issues or out of emotion rather than with a mind towards the total financial picture and legal restrictions. We do not recommend settlements that are below guidelines.<br>There are several other reasons why we chose to part ways, but as stated, we would make more money by keeping you as a client than not, so the decision was not financially motivated.<br>

I would suggest Duke to anybody they have done more and got more done than any other lawyer and take their jobs very seriously i have nothing but good to say about Duke!
