Kathy McCleary is an OUTSTANDING Attorney with super keen intellect and awesome intuition. I'd tried 4 lawyers before moving forward with her and eventhough the case was in a county famous for biased convictions, (and tricky D.A.s..corrupt judges, stacked juries, and " sellout" lawyers) even at the "surprise" of her co-counsel [who tried to get us to take a "deal"] she persevered through all the BS with tact and patient legal arguments, resulting in WINNING the case! Unfortunately, I've had a lifetime of court experiences, most NOT deserved, and many bad results, so I know how things can be twisted against you. But I can honestly say with great gratitude, she is THE BEST lawyer I ever hired. I will never forget her, and will be grateful forever! She saved us alot of future fighting to clear this up, and I don't think it would have turned out a win without her. I HIGHLY recommend her, ESPECIALLY if you're actually innocent.
My experience with this firm Duhman & Jones was awesome!! They assigned me to Attorney Mary VanRavenswaay and from the very beginning I felt my worries go away!! Mary made me feel at ease knowing that she was going to fight my case for the best possible outcome which resulted in a Dismissal! I am very very pleased and grateful for her help😊

I cannot recommend Dunham & Jones enough! I was arrested for and charged with reckless driving. I did naive things like practically admit guilt during police/detective questioning. I thought my goose was cooked. I called Dunham & Jones, told them what was going on, and their skilled hands took control from there. I was assigned Mary VanRavenswaay as my attorney, and she did phenomenally in almost every aspect in my opinion. From the start, Mary correctly predicted that there was a high chance of me getting off with a conditional dismissal despite my initial skepticism. She told me in advance when I would or wouldn't have to show up in court, and I ended up only have to go to 1 out of 3 or 4 court sessions. Mary persuaded the District Attorney to drop my case down to a conditional dismissal, while those around me in court with the same charge could be heard pleading guilty. I was more than happy to accept the conditional dismissal terms, and now I'm free of a misdemeanor charge I was sure would stick. Overall I am extremely happy with the outcome of hiring Dunham & Jones and would go with them again in a heartbeat in a similar situation. My only extremely minor criticism would be that when I had my day in court, my lawyer didn't introduce herself to me until several hours into the court proceedings, so I spent what felt like an eternity nervously not knowing if my lawyer was there to represent me or not. Mary was still a rockstar though!
