They're not very transparent, they don't speak clearly, and you're always attended to by an assistant, not the lawyer. They're supposed to follow up on your case, but when it's time to cash the check, they make you wait for medical adjustments (which do track your doctor's visits; these adjustments shouldn't be delayed because they should be included in their follow-up). This is really just my personal experience with a friend.
