I went with this firm afte another firm wouldn't take my case. I was in a personal injury accident July 2024 I was strucked in the face by a bus mirror crossing a street. Suffering a minor concussion, a permanent scar right above my right eye, trauma, fear & anxiety. Brooke was my attorney and she was wonderful she kept me updated throughout the process and fought hard for me to receive my settlement check! Highly recommend them, very professional and will get the job done. Thank you again!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience honestly. My case took nearly 18 months to resolve, and throughout the process there were repeated delays and a lack of communication. Most of the time, I had to be the one constantly calling, texting, leaving voicemails, and even going into the office just to get updates on my own case. There was very little proactive communication from my case manager, which became frustrating over time. I will say that Preston stepped in toward the end and helped get things resolved, especially when it came to reducing some of the bills, and Ms. Kim was always kind and professional whenever I spoke with her. I appreciate them for that. Overall, I just expected better communication and more consistency throughout the process, especially with something this important.
