Zisl is great. We needed to deal with issues involving our aging parents' finances. Zisl set up a will and trust and brought in several other professionals to handle a Medicaid application, a guardianship, and a reverse mortgage. She also brought in a firm to help with financial matters including gathering the information needed for the Medicaid application, applying for VA benefits, and managing finances on an ongoing basis. Through all of this, Zisl was always professional, but also friendly and understanding, happy to answer any questions that came up. She obviously cares a great deal about her work and her clients. Highly recommended.
