Attorney Edward Burt was nothing but fantastic. He is overall a great guy, wants to help each person who steps into his office. His knowledge of his practice is incomparable to any other lawyer in the area. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had our simple wills drafted by Atty Burt. My partner passed away. I needed to change the beneficiary and executrix on my will. Atty Burt wanted to charge me the same amount I paid for the initial will. Too much. Only 2 pieces of information needed to be updated. I know this process takes about 10 minutes. I know they have software that streamlines this process. My advise, do your simple will yourself, online or buy the software. In CT you just need 2 people to witness it. You don't have to have it notarized although this does help speed up probate.
