I was looking forward to scheduling a consultation, even if I had a to pay, but I had a poor experience. They require in-person consultations instead of allowing a phone consultation. I didn’t even mind paying a hourly fee as I live out of state but have family matters in California but they wouldn’t allow me to do a consultation over the phone. Very strange policy in 2025. I’ll look for a more modern, flexible and client friendly firm.

My mother recently reached out to this attorney for the first time with a couple of simple questions regarding a probate matter. She was only trying to understand how to include my brother in the court paperwork and have it sent to his address. Instead of being helpful or professional, the attorney was extremely rude and dismissive, even going so far as to tell her not to call back. This was very uncalled for, especially when she was respectfully seeking guidance. Unfortunately, the interaction left a very negative impression and reflected a lack of professionalism.
