If your family has a complex situation I would absolutely recommend you find someone besides Connie to help you in your situation. She appears to not understand a QIT, or she just really doesn't care to help anyone with limited assets/finances and a complex situation. Her lack of solid advice has left us in a complete mess.

Ms. Glass charges an outrageous consultation fee and says she can't help you. DON'T fall for this. Waste of time and money. I am not a lawyer but, I googled everything and was able to accomplish it by myself. Hey Connie, it is called a QIT! Look it up!

If you are in need of an Elder Law attorney, look no further than Connie Glass and her team. She is hands down the best in the Tennessee Valley and always looks out for YOUR best interest at heart in anything she recommends. I never hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends looking for "THE" Elder Law expert.

My wife and I have worked with Connie for the past 6 or so years. She guided us through the Medicaid process when my mother-in-law had to go into a nursing home, she reviewed our will (and did not propose a new one; said what we had was all that we needed), and she has provided other elder law advice. Few attorneys have the elder law expertise and certifications that Connie has. She is very compassionate and friendly and is honest and straightforward. Her staff is also very knowledgable and easy to work with. We are so lucky to have a practice this outstanding in Huntsville.

We have used Connie Glass and her team at the Elder Law Firm several times. First, she did all of my mother-in-law's will and Power of Attorney several years ago. Then, when she passed away a few years ago, Ms. Glass provided a wealth of information in helping us navigate the legal process with ease. She’s currently helping us with a different legal issue. Highly recommend, as she leans on her years of experience, and she always has the client's best interest in everything she does.

This firm did my mother’s will, living will and POA. Now we are using them for probate and set up a trust. She gives a lot of advice on how to move forward to prevent problems from occurring. Some fees are by the hour $250-$350. Some fees are by the task from start to finish. $x,xxx.
