Mark is the best worker's comp lawyer you could hope for. Our case was extremely complicated involving Kaiser, the worker's comp carrier, and hospitals out of network across state lines. Mark navigated the tangle successfully, kept us educated about what was happening and why, and got us the best settlement we could expect. Even after the suit was finished he followed up on making the carriers do what they promised. He comes very highly recommended and has my gratitude.

I can't speak highly enough of Erin Montgomery and everyone in this Law Firm. Incredibly professional yet clearly cared about me as a client and as a person. Erin was my Lawyer through a grueling Workmans Compensation claim. I am so happy she was on my side She was able to navigate the court system and get me the compensation I deserved. Mr. Elliot was awesome to me also. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to me.

Mark and his whole team were terrific! I was injured on the job and would have never figured out how to navigate treatment, expenses, and getting what I deserved from the injury without the help of this team. They were always ready to answer questions and provide advice all through the LONG process. Mark was always there!
