Closing on the sale of my condo recently was a stress free and easy procedure thanks to Bob Stanek and Noreen, with whom I had several phone conversations discussing the process, putting my mind at ease. Thank you Bob and Noreen.
Very limited communication. You don’t know what you are getting till too close to closing. Made several mistakes preparing documents. I didn’t even know I had appointment to sign anything or where to go. Paralegal promised one thing in the email and it changed several times over a matter of a few days. Very difficult to deal with. Had much better experiences at other law offices where things are get more clearly explained.
