Excellent service

Saw the reviews here. Emailed them and received a copy and paste response the following week. I would have at least appreciated someone actually taken the time to address the issue and given me more of an explanation. I wouldn't recommend it.

This law firm said they were going to give a free hour consultation, they Gave me a time and date for the appointment and never followed trough. The excuse was the lawyer got wisdom teeth removed. Emailed them about the issue. Now they declined the meeting. Not trustworthy

Jay and his team were a god send. The firm was immediately responsive to my questions and concerns, and if I had any issues regarding my case (before and after resolution) Jay handled them extremely quickly. This firm handled everything so smoothly and I was always confident in their strategy and support.

Jay and team helped me after traumatic work experience. They work hard for you and are super responsive. They checked in on me, gave great advice, and only went with what I was comfortable with. I cant say enough great things about Holt Lackey at Ellwanger Law LLP. He took over one of my cases when out of no where my attorney decided to retire. He also handled another matter for me that came up suddenly. Mr. Lackey is one of the smartest attorneys I know. He knows his area of expertise better than anyone. Just read his bio! He was extremely professional and compassionate to what I was going thru and always responsive! That is very hard to find in an attorney and firm. He knew what to do with opposing counsel and I always knew I could trust any of his decisions. Jay Ellwanger is an AMAZING lawyer!!! I was involved in a long expensive lawsuit with another law firm Initially representing me that kept dragging out the suit (over 2 years) to make more money. Jay and his team met with me and figured out a plan moving forward which ended my lawsuit in a settlement in my favor within a few short weeks. I highly recommend him and his firm! He has truly changed my feelings about lawyers and instilled a real trust between a lawyer and the client!

Don't believe the hype that they are truly here to help African Americans-Blacks. Reviewing their website its covered with Civil Rights and so forth, but its all a lie. Here is my case; Today is the last day to file my lawsuit and I have no attorney and I wasted two years and one month truly thinking that you (Attorney Esha Rajendran) and the firm (Ellwanger Law) you work for truly had my best interest. I spoke with now 50+ attorneys in the DFW area and all asked the same question, why were you dropped from the firm that represented you through the EEOC process. I provided the letter I received and explained the call I received from the managing partner. All of the attorneys advised it wasn’t enough to support why I was dropped, especially if I received representation for two years. I even tried reaching back out to you (Attorney Esha Rajendran) for additional assistance and received nothing. Thank you (Attorney Esha Rajendran) and your firm (Ellwanger Law) for no help. I am devastated and even got treated for depression. You all truly failed me. As stated, keep moving and find an attorney that look like you, instead of seeking representation from someone that is pretending to help African Americans-Blacks. We are being sought and misguided by these people.
