I was rear-ended on 4/12/24 My case has been referred over to - Elman Joseph Law Group- by my case worker Casey Kingsley that works for a highly reputable law firm,McCready Law located in Chicago, Illinois.The gentleman I spoke with this morning (4/6/26) ...reassured me that that my case is still in the works and they will be calling me this week for Discovery and from there the attorneys will be negotiating a settlement with the at fault partys insurance company. Sometimes it feels like you've been forgotten about but -Elman Joseph Law Group- just explained the next steps thoroughly.They gave me complete peace of mind.
