Communication is very poor, and there is no real interest in helping the client or keeping them updated. In particular, Sherry was unprofessional and did not keep her promises or properly follow up on my case. I do not recommend working with her at all

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience I had a very frustrating experience with this law office from the very beginning. The secretary who answers the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful — she acts like you’re bothering her every time you call. I made an appointment and waited a whole week for it. When the day finally came, I called to confirm, only to be told the lawyer was “in court” and too busy to talk. They said he would call the next day — he didn't. I called again, and the same excuse came up. Then they promised he would call that night — still nothing. The next day, they pushed it again until next week. At that point, I explained that my situation was urgent, but they clearly didn’t care. They kept making promises to call me back, and never once followed through. The lack of communication, organization, and respect for clients’ time is unbelievable. If this is how they treat potential clients before even starting a case, I can’t imagine how they handle things afterwards. Save yourself the stress and look for a law office that actually values ​​professionalism and basic courtesy. My experience with this law firm was extremely frustrating from the start.
