Failed to provide promised advice on a critical issue at all, let alone by time promised. Firm didn't understand how to deal with a correspondent issue between LNI and Unemployment. Abandoned representation for a specious reason leaving me in the lurch just when I needed it. I could have possibly taken care of this all myself better and been in a position superior to what I was left in after their consignment. It sounds like they've done some good work in the past but this is odious and damaging enough I will have to complain, possibly even more.

I was very happy with their handling and eventual settlement of my case. I lost the ability to complete my career due to injury which caused me to have a permanent partial disability. Currently after 50 weeks, I have returned to work with my employer, and have had an impairment rating with my doctor.
