Lisa was fantastic. She was a very good listener and made me I was in a safe space. She took the time to truly understand my situation and only helped where needed and as appropriate so I felt her time she spent with me always counted and I was not being charged for unnecessary items. Grateful for her. She brought peace and stability to me during a difficult time.

What a great service. ! First time I called asking for information on how or what to do about a situation I'm in.
Over the phone the receptionist " I wish I could say her name " . She was very friendly, pleasant and very kind to me. I, briefly explained to her my situation.
Right away she showed sympathy for me. That really made me feel very valued. It made me feel that the attorneys and all the staff do care for clients.
I, really appreciate the fact that she took her time to explain to me the different options I have. " TALKING ABOUT GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR CLIENTS. "
She made sure I understood everything. She even said to me if you have any questions?? Please feel free to call me and I'll be very happy to help you.
