Enea Scanlan & Sirignano is a boutique Westchester legal firm that provides various specific planning and estate/ elder legal services. I found them to be very attentive, very quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional and kind - including paralegals and support staff. They work hard to provide timely solutions and keep you updated and are also flexible in various ways. I used them in my father's estate which required legal modifications to a complex trust - and again a few years later in the last minute establishment of Letters of Administration for a Small Estate in order to enable us to be released from a rental apartment lease upon my mother's death. Sara Meyers jumped into this last legal situation almost immediately and was able to work with the landlord's council in finding the quickest legal route to giving up the apt. and in taking possession of my mother's possesions. Darrell, a paralegal I had worked with before patiently walked me through all of the needed documents and it all got resolved within a few weeks at a time where a lot of money was at stake and I was grieving and upset. I felt supported and calm and could always access council and staff. It's a small intimate firm; I worked with other council years earlier: same level of service, response time and care. I would recommend them highly. I am a registered architect and have the occasion to work with council all the time; not everyone is this responsive and this easy to work with.

Stay clear of this firm. They overcharge and take advantage of people in their time of need. Shame on what they do. If you have to advertise your business you must be hurting.
