Hello Randell, since our firm works on contingency, and only gets paid when our clients do, we are highly motivated to get cases settled and paid out, as quickly as possible. While some Class Action cases can settle quickly, it is not at all unusual for them to take several years to resolve. In addition, this case is not a Class Action lawsuit. It is a Mass Tort lawsuit. This means that every client has their own individual case, and it is not as simple as resolving a Class Action where everyone is treated the same and values are typically much lower. We are currently working to resolve the last few details of this settlement and hope to be communicating on settlement payment soon.
