I’m writing this review because it doesn’t seem like I’m going to get a response any other way I’ve left several messages for Heather none of which have been returned. My Case I believe started about a year ago I say believe because I’ve never been giving any information other than a blanketed email update. I understand that these cases are complex and take time, however All I’m actually looking for is an acknowledgment that you guys have taken my case because I’ve yet to receive even that. The lack of communication is very unsettling. If someone could finally reach out to me, that would be great! …. Update 3/4/26 : I’m just seeing your response No one has yet to reach out to me either via email or phone. I’ve been told this several times and it’s nothing but dead air.

So far not overly thrilled with how this company is handling things involving anything they set policies that I have not agreed to just because it is their company policy doesn't mean I'm going to agree to it. I signed no such agreement to it that I wouldn't seek pre settlement funding if I want to sell some of my settlement to survive while they wait it out on court that's my choice if I need part of the settlement in the here and now to survive.

I signed on several months back getting onboard with the Camp Lejeune mess and have received in my opinion as much correspondence that one could or should expect in the time frame i’ve read quite a few negative reviews and with all due respect 🫡 if nothings happening do you need to hear that every month assuming where all at the age that we know how Ins.companies and large cooperation’s work even though the disease is the same every claim is not the same and this will be the main factor in how things get handled I am not either a Dr. or Lawyer nor was my cancer in my prostate but I do have the knowledge that it is “NOT if but WHEN” every man will get prostate cancer In Their lifetime it just depends if your blessed to make it into your SR. Years so my point is I see there being alot of pushback from the opps and them trying to say it’s more Not than likely in some cases was due to age and lifestyle keeping in mind this is a Law firm not The Justice League and some fights can’t be fought .Well it’s been 1 yr 2 months and my claim was settled.Don’t get discouraged if your still waiting ,I’m sure it went faster because all 🦆 were in line and my case was quite clear and evident.Thank you to the team and Blessings 🙏to everyone stay 💪🏼🇺🇸

Filed 5 years ago just got the proof of it being filed then moved to another court. I lost part of one kidney due to cancer from firefighting foam exposure. I don’t feel in my remaining time I will ever see a penny. Starting too see all the ads claiming 150k to 600k payout act fast. Not sure who or how but feel like 5 years things should really be happening fast. I supplied all records as requested signed so many papers.

I was referred to this company my Sokolove Law per their television ads. They started on my case early winter 2018. Neither company said a word about the delays and time involved. In the meantime my medical bills were still coming in. Have had two more surgeries since the original at Shands hospital in Gainesville. Very rare for them to contact me except for paperwork requiring my notarized signature. Then months of silence. When questioned about the delays, it was COVID, Social Security or Medicare holding up the works. I did receive letters from both Social Security and Medicare stating they have no claim on my case. Then they were waiting on a review board to judge my case. That was 2 years ago. I have informed that office each time things in my life changed, they always had my current address. My last message from them was acknowledging my new address, over 4 months ago. I can not get a straight answer from them and feel like what they will share with me is a run around. Recommend them? Not at this time. Can’t wait for their bill if and when this gets settled, 6+ years of billable hours?

So far communications with them have been thorough concise and when I leave an email for someone to contact me it happens within a reasonable amount of time. Although getting to talk with a person sometimes takes a few calls leaving messages on a machine. But someone has always called me back.
We will see how the do with my case, I have high hopes for them based on communication.

I am a litigant in the Zinus Mattress settlement.
This case is lingering on and on and on. Still no settlement money. I believe 4 years now.
I have done other class actions prior and they NEVER take this long to settle.
I have not received any money or information as to when I will actually receive my portion of the settlement.
Please. Give us a clue!!??
