EXTREMELY happy with the service that this attorney has provided. He isn't rude he is just UPFRONT AND HONEST!!! he was appointed to me as a public defender and had to deal with him for 6 years... During that time I aggravated him and finally decided to do what he recommended to do... I'm truly blessed to have had the pleasure of having this man as my public defender and I respect him fully because of his honesty and being upfront with me... Its been a long 6 years but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN AS YOUR ATTORNEY HE IS HONEST AND UPFRONT AND WILL NOT SUGARCOAT ANYTHING!!! THANK YOU so much for your hard work and dedication to your clients

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! EXTREMELY Rhude! Several people I know got rid of him! he doesn't talk to you, he talks at you. He doesn't even wanna hear your truth. Very arrogant. I don't even know why he chose this field, his personality sucks. Keep your money, and flee.

I have had to hire Eric twice. No one ever wants to have to hire a lawyer but if you find yourself needing one go see him. He has been a God send for my family. He listens and fights for you.

Good advice is hard to come by, and an honest lawyer is even harder. Mr. Davis helped me out with a matter for free that others wanted to soak me for $850 for and others wouldn't even talk to me unless I paid them. I intend to put him on retainer ASAP!

We beat Doug Valeska twice in trial, I told Eric to let me strike the jury. He was surprised by selections and offered me to help him out with other cases. I know he'll never forget my trial and how I prepared my own case for him. He just sat there and watch what I wrote on my notepad for him to say during cross examination. He probably looking for me now...
