2017, I hired Mr. Neitzke after he was recommended by a senior public defender attorney who described him as an absolute bulldog in the courts. At the time, my stepson had a plea offer for three years in prison. Mr. Neitzke, got rid of the prison offer and instead got my stepson a county sentence and probation. Mr. Neitzke, is an outstanding attorney and I'd hire him again without question if need be!
Never met a more honest and compassionate lawyer . Thankyou for your empathy and hard work.. highly recommend
Mr. Neitzke is an outstanding attorney and person. He is extremely caring, professional, and hard working. It is obvious that he cares deeply about his clients and is passionate about helping others, as well as his work. Mr. Neitzke was a life saver for my family and I with a case. Terrible attorney, washed up has been should have retired 15 years ago. Falls asleep when you are in his office and he is attempting to take notes. Falls asleep with a pen in his hand. Thought he was going to start snoring. Ridiculous overcharging and padding the breakdown of his "services"

ErEric K. Neitzke P.A. is one of the best attorney in Daytona Beach. In my time of crisis he took on my case with enthusiasm and zest without hesitation. Even as my ex-wife threw many obstacles our way during my divorce he and his staff found many courts cases to block her many motions successfully. I found him most intelligent in the law and court procedures. There is no doubt that he and his staff in one of the best and most knowable in the Daytona Beach area. A good business associate quoted to me “He is a BIG Shark in a little pond”. Eric knew the law and stuck to what was right and fair. Thank you Eric and staff for your hard work and dedication.
