Eric and his team went above and beyond for me. When living in CA for a brief time I had a nightmare landlord who was a total bully, I didn’t see a way of winning with this man but someone suggested I contact a tenant lawyer and that’s how I found Eric. Eric was my biggest advocate and went to war for me. All is now fair in the universe…at least when it comes to my housing situation.

Eric Lifschitz Law and his team were a godsend during a very stressful time in my life when I found out I was living in a moldy San Francisco apartment that was making me very sick! I had lived in my apartment for 13 years under an extremely negligent landlord who was ignoring my mold issue and had no intention of repairing my hazardous moldy living situation. My landlord was a nightmare to deal with and was breaking many tenants laws. My move was so stressful but when I found Eric I felt a huge sense of relief that I was under amazing legal care. I was losing my valuable rent control and paying for my urgent move out of pocket and at the same time I needed medical attention and had a hard time sorting through my tenants rights until I met Eric who took over and guided me every step of the way. Eric was extremely knowledgable and it was obvious he really cared about my wellbeing and recovery from my illness. He counseled me on how to recover, what belongings to discard, and how to legally protect myself with proper documentation and medical evaluation for my case. He gave me wonderful legal advice and assured me I had a good case. I never paid him a dime until my case was completed. In a reasonable timeframe he won my case and I was very happy with the compensation I received. In the end, a terrible situation became hidden blessings and not only did I recover my health but I gained a great lawyer who I still seek out legal counsel from when I need any legal support. I love Eric and am so grateful for him. I've referred him several people who he has also successfully helped. Eric really cares about his clients wellbeing and he has great passion for his specialties in law.
