Daywin explained what the legal team was going to do with my case clearly, and he explained the invoice to me before I electronically signed any papers and paid for any services via online. I was also able to retain an e-copy of our contract, which was very convenient, being in a different state at the time. Angie and the rest of the team provided excellent customer service. They got back to my voicemails on the same day. They were also attentive, friendly, and helpful over the phone. Lastly, they provided me with brief, to-the-point updates regarding my case via text message during business hours, without me having to call them to ask for updates. Overall, I would recommend, and trust, their service. I didn’t feel worried about my case at any time. They made it very simple and easy.
