Excellent service, highly recommend! Received a letter in mail providing information about traffic ticket dismissal service. Was hesitant but decided to try it out. Price was unbeatable. Called the office and quickly spoke to receptionist, was transferred to Mr. Ramos and gave him some information. Very professional and listened to my needs. Filled out online submission with payment. They quickly sent me an email with information and updates on my case. Once my case was completed, he sent me an official document with the status of my case which was excellent news! Hesitant to even hire Eric Ramos for a traffic violation because he wasn’t charging as much as I expected i eventually ended up moving forward with submitting my ticket and payment. He then sent an email with instructions of what I DID NOT have to do and that he would be taking care of all the leg work! I even called just to make sure there wasn’t Anything else I needed to do since my court date was that week. His office kept me updated. Lastly I received a clear, very detailed email stating AGAIN that I DID NOT have to do anything and that my ticket was taken care of and NO EXTRA FEES..
