I was hit by a D.U.I.I. driver. I hired David Eder and his partners (Andrew, Ben and Joel) to represent my wife and me. From the initial consultation with David, I knew that we had found the right firm. When offers were low, he didn’t cave, he advised us to file a lawsuit. In the end, the legal advice was spot on. I hope I am never in a car crash again, but I’d call this firm as soon as possible if it did happen.

It matters who you choose to represent you! Ernie was the right choice. After almost a year with a different attorney we realized he was doing NOTHING in our best interest. Often felt like we were a bother to him. Not Ernest Jenks! He is a bulldog. He immediately started to make things happen. He has experience and knows exactly what to do. After a year of nothing it was great to have someone working for us. WC is so complicated. Don't try to do it yourself. You need Ernie.

He kindly took the time to explain in detail how workman's comp claims work, even though he said I did not appear to need an attorney yet in this stage in the process. Really appreciate that he took at least 20 minutes out of his busy schedule to give me some free advice. This guy is the real deal.
