Will delay your settlement and steal your med pay money. Would not recommend In response to your reply Mark you know exactly what you did with my case, I received my settlement and did not receive it until months later and that’s only because I went with a different attorney who addressed the games you were running with me. You fabricated that you had covid and couldn’t make it to the office to get my check when you didn’t even have an office and were running your business out of your home. I still don’t get reimbursed for the medpay from our first case that I requested. It really took you 4 months to respond with lies??? You have been taking 30% of your clients med pay for years when you know it’s illegal for you to touch.
